And hoarfrost sparkles on the ground
On fresh and clear November morn'.

A gloomy, wavering unreal sea,
That's blotting out everything ahead
And's muffling sounds to a whispering degree.
And shrounded figures in cocoons of fog,
Come into view like weird spectres,
And rolling slowly move one,
While fog and smoke combine in smog
Thus blackening the things it falls upon.

One of the first black metal songs I heard that featured piano as a key instrument, and it's since influenced much of my tastes in metal. Fantastic EP that never grows old no matter how often I listen to it.
